YILDIRIM Group first entered the energy industry in 2010. Now, the Group’s energy investments are carried out by YILDIRIM Energy. Leveraging on its resources and its technical and financial assets, YILDIRIM Energy provides services in various fields, such as construction, engineering and consultancy, project management, power generation, power plant operations, and energy trade.

YILDIRIM Energy has ambitious plans to produce new solar power plants and build wind and geothermal power projects across its markets for the next 5 years, while aiming at reaching 3GW energy production capacity by 2030 and becoming the leading electricity producer with a renewable energy portfolio in Türkiye.

METALS & MINING

YILDIRIM Group set up YILKROM in 2007 and stepped into the metals and mining industry. In 2014, the Group established YILMADEN Holding Inc., which currently ranks 5th in the global chromium industry.

PORTS & TERMINALS

YILDIRIM Group entered the port management industry after YILPORT Container Terminal & Port Operation Inc. was established in 2005. As of today, 24% of the Group’s consolidated revenue comes from this industry.

FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS

After making its first move in the fertilizer and chemical industry in 2004, YILFERT Holding has grown to become the largest producer of CAN fertilizer and ammonia in Türkiye.

ENERGY & POWER

Since its initial step into the energy industry in 2010, the Group has been making ambitious business plans for the future to produce new solar power plants and build wind and geothermal power projects across its markets.

SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

YILDIRIM GROUP operates in freight transport, and the logistics industry represents 4% of its consolidated revenues. The Group owns and manages operations of 9 dry bulk and general cargo vessels and 10 chemical tankers.
